Cesc: I want to stay at Barca....Utd chief Moyes losing fight for fabregas

DAVID MOYES is losing his fight to lureCesc Fabregas to Old Trafford. The Spain midfield star has told friends he wants to stay and fight forhis place at Barcelona. Manchester United have had two offers rejected and are mulling over making a club-record £35million bid. Fabregas, 26, remains top of Moyes’ summer hitlist but a Barca insider confirmed last night: “Cesc is very flattered by United’s interest and recognises what a great opportunity they offer. “But it’s only two years since he left Arsenal and he doesn’t want to turn his back on Barcelona so soon. “It has been a battle trying to dislodge Xavi and Iniesta, or slot in successfully beside them, but he has had his fair share of games and wants even more.”
